Our current schedule

Whilst the gym is open 24/7 for you to use, we also run classes. If there isn’t a scheduled class, the floor is open for use!

Time Class Instructor Description
5:30pm - 6:30pm Muay Thai (Juniors) Rob Brooks A chance for juniors (ages 6-16) to learn a great martial art whilst keeping fit and making some new friends.
7:00pm - 8:30pm Muay Thai (Adults) Rob Brooks This is an adults class and you'll cover everything from the footwork, padwork as well as clinching and sparring.
Time Class Instructor Description
5:30pm - 6:15pm Boxing (Kids) Rob Brooks A brand new class for 2018 due to popular demand. Open to both boys and girls ages 5-11.
6:30pm - 7:30pm Boxing (Juniors) Rob Brooks This class is for juniors aged 12-16 and works on the basics of boxing and keeping fit.
7:30pm - 8:30pm Boxing (Adults) Ashley Dennis & Paul Norris Join us for boxing 3 times a week at Brooks Gym. Each session willfocus on technique, footwork and fitness (Ages 16+).

    Join us every Tuesday & Sunday, but be prepare to sweat! The best way to get a dose of cardio 2 times a week.

    We have a fully stocked area that specifically caters for people who just want to work out!

    Separate from the floor space, the weights area has everything you need to tone up and turn that fat into muscle.

    Whilst we have classes throughout the week which cater for most peoples needs, we know that not every can make them.

    With this in mind, we offer 1-2-1 personal training for those who want a bit more guidance and support.
